Protecting children from the Universal Medicine cult

In a recent phone call, one of them made disturbing admissions about the cult’s activities involving children, as well as Benhayon’s teachings that failure to adhere to the Way of the Livingness will result in children being raped by supernatural ‘entities’. An extract from the now defunct, password protected ‘Debasing Evil’ site reveals more defensiveness about our concerns on risks to children – a litany of lousy excuses the cult doesn’t dare make public.
No matter how much they accuse me of cyber-bullying, our concerns and questions are not going away.

A few years ago, I attended several workshops held by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine after being exposed to Serge’s audio recordings and meditation techniques by a friend who was convinced they had found “the truth” therein. Despite my initial skepticism toward the claims and ideas I had heard Benhayon present, and my reluctance to get involved with UM (everything about it screamed “cult”). I decided to give it a chance and check it out for myself, before dismissing it completely as the New Age nonsense I suspected it was.
Universal Medicine Cult Propaganda Madness
Posted: September 26, 2013 Filed under: anti-intellectualism, covert hypnosis, cult apologists, Cult Characteristics, gender shenanigans, hostility to criticism, hostility to outsiders, Marketing, megalomania, Mind Fry, Propaganda, pseudoscience, student blogs, stupidity 11 CommentsIn more propaganda madness, Lee Green had his first period; Christoph Schnell says UM is the first religion to be SCIENCE; E. Walsh says seeing is believing because of Plato, and SERGE SAYS SO; and E.W. the cult cop (?) reckons it’s wrong to be right, implying it’s right to do wrong.
Whatever, Serge Benhayon doesn’t give a crap. He’s got Debby counting the money.
Universal Insults – Serge Benhayon’s degradation of the ailing
Posted: September 13, 2013 Filed under: Bogus Therapies, covert hypnosis, Doctrines, magical thinking, Marketing, megalomania, Mind Fry, paranoia, pseudoscience, soft targets | Tags: Louise Hay, New Age fundamentalism, Serge Benhayon 11 CommentsUniversal Medicine markets itself as a complementary medicine organization that promotes healthy living, however, the Esoteric healing services sold by cult leader Serge Benhayon glorify death and reincarnation at the expense of physical and mental health. A critical element of Benhayon’s Livingness death drive is magical thinking, where Esoterically correct thoughts and behaviour are rewarded with improved reincarnations, while the contrary are punished with disease and adversity. His writings show how Benhayon has borrowed from New Age mogul, Louise Hay’s book of moralistic magical thinking spells, and reveal his toxic attitudes to the sick, disabled and marginalized.
Money HEALS! LOL!

It’s all KARMA. So when cult leader Serge Benhayon’s ex wife, book keeper and not so secret keeper, Deborah Benhayon, delivers a presentation on how the Esoteric use of money is a form of HEALING, you can expect it will be followed closely by the cashed up guru himself appealing for funds.
The images don’t show abuse, Serge is a man of utmost integrity and red is black
Posted: June 10, 2013 Filed under: covert hypnosis, Cult Characteristics, thought reform | Tags: Derren Brown 9 CommentsIn the light of abuse denials by Universal Medicine’s investors we consider it timely to visit hypnotist Derryn Brown demonstrating how someone can be convinced red is black in a matter of minutes.
A similar but more elongated process has resulted in UniMed students looking at images the rest of the universe can clearly see are abuse, and seeing them as healing. By extension they believe they have the gentlest and most loving of intentions when they invade privacy and carry out those techniques on sexual abuse victims and other vulnerable clients.
